7 Novels, Student Blogs, and Multimodal Storytelling (ep. 21)

In this episode, Molly and I discuss a personalized learning unit that she and educator Melissa Inmon designed for their AP Composition course at Westside High School. The personalized practices in this learning experience were rich as students had academic choices to make in the content they engaged, in the process the went through for discussions, and in the pace of completing readings and assignments. Additionally, Molly delves into how this unit empowered learner voice in both senses of the term, to an authentic audience and also as a stakeholder in the learning process.
